Abstract

This study is about the talent acquisition; talent is the success for any organization. Sourcing and engaging the right talent is a big challenge where unemployment is so high. The purpose of the project is to know about the talent acquisition process in recruitment, screening and the selection process in the organization and to know about the extent of adoption of practices in the firm.
