Abstract

This study aims to explore the attitude of the respondents towards the evolving change in preference to e-pharmaceutical services during the covid-19 pandemic. With social distancing becoming the norm, “contactless” has become the “new normal” buzzword. No industry is immune to this disruption, including healthcare, where the need to move away from in-person doctor-patient-pharmacy interactions and more towards digitally powered online consultations has become critical. The objective of the study is to assess the transition of the Indian healthcare system to e-pharmaceutical services as a result of disruptions, opportunities, and challenges associated with it during the COVID-19 Pandemic. The determinants identified are price of the services, accessibility to e-pharma stores and changing consumer lifestyle. The survey was conducted among 163 individuals from different age groups. The data collected was analyzed by using IBM-SPSS software wherein tests such as Correlation test, One-Way Anova test, Regression and CronBach Alpha test were conducted.
