Abstract

In today's fast-paced and interconnected world, fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace culture is crucial for organizations to thrive. This review aims to explore the assessment of effective strategies for promoting diversity and inclusivity, with a specific focus on bias training and equitable hiring approaches. The abstract will delve into the importance of diversity and inclusivity in the workplace, the challenges organizations face in achieving this, and how bias training and equitable hiring approaches can play a pivotal role in creating a more diverse and inclusive environment. Additionally, it will discuss the impact of these strategies on employee well-being, organizational performance, and overall business success. By critically analyzing existing literature, case studies, and empirical evidence, this abstract will provide insights into the effectiveness of bias training and equitable hiring approaches, while also highlighting areas for further research and implications for organizational practice.
