Abstract

This research paper compares the voltage and current THD results obtained from excel, PSCAD, PSSE and Sincal simulations. Although, Sincal and ETAP are widely used tools for harmonic analysis, yet the PSCAD (version 5.0) and PSSE software’s has good competency which can be utilized for performing harmonic analysis.
