News Wallet – An Authenticated News Journal

Abstract

General knowledge helps us grow at both personal and academic levels. It narrows our sense of recognizing the world, better understanding and analysing the situation than without proper knowledge. With increasing access to news via smartphones and tablets, it’s clear that we need to personalize our interactions with news apps. In this app, we are filling that gap for the lack of interest by giving access to the user for personalized news (the information that is closely related to the user). Having a news app is quite portable to have these days. Features like Live News, podcasts and blogs will be the hook for our app. This paper presents a new app prototype for boosting general knowledge amongst the new generation of India. The proposed prototype is designed on low-resource and mobility concepts.
