Abstract

This paper aims to expose the elements of Michel Meyer's theory of problematologie, and through it, to highlight the critical theoretical framework of a theory of argumentation. This theory is committed to consolidating the turn towards the rational legitimation of natural logic as a logic of values in the face of the domination of formal logic, and towards the rational legitimation of rhetoric as a rational process.
