Abstract

Using solar electricity to irrigate agricultural land is the topic of this paper. Weighing in at a key part in a nation's economic growth, agriculture should be improved to boost production and improve crop quality along with its expansion and also enhance the productivity. An Auto-irrigation system employing soil moisture sensors has been developed. The sensors are coupled to the Arduino UNO, which acts as both a controller and a global mobile communication system. The represented research has been executed in real life practically and it was found that all the objectives were meeting as stated.
