Abstract

This paper explores 4 major types of mental health disorders which are Depression, Phobias, Anxiety Disorder and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. With growing research in the field of mental health, this paper elucidates the various factors influencing these mental health disorders and the amiable treatments, both in India and globally.
